Episode two looks at the largest animal at Australia Zoo, Siam the Asian Elephant. Elephants can live well over 70yrs old and this old girl has come here for her retirement. Retirement hasn’t affected her appetite though and she can eat 150kg of vegetation every day plus her great size, strength and amazingly versatile trunk which has over 100,000 muscles means keeping her happy is a full time job.
