Losing a pet can be a very painful experience. Reuniting with a pet after a long time can be a great source of joy. A family was recently reunited with their chocolate Lab after almost five years, and the experience was very emotional.

During a raid on an Ohio property where 166 dogs and cats were being hoarded, The Humane Society of the United States found Chuckie after scanning the animals for microchips. They were able to reunite Chuckie with his family in Indiana, who had been searching for their Lab for five years.
